OUR METHODOLOGY:

Utilizing our proven methodology, we approach your project in four phases:

Research: During this initial phase we work closely with your business and marketing team to understand your overall strategy and how it relates to your goals, vision for success, project objectives and critical requirement factors. We then draft a detailed roadmap that outlines an approach for moving ahead.
Document: During this stage your business goals and requirements are translated into milestone-based initiatives and the solution is drafted to support these initiatives. The outcome is a comprehensive document outlining, in detail, the projects vision and specifications.
Produce: Utilizing the solution design, the project is developed and deployed meeting specifications, milestones and goals. This is done using comprehensive project management and our overall technology expertise.
Follow Through: During this phase we continue to work with you and your supporting team to provide the solution to administer, maintain and enhance your system through consultation, training, additional functionality and service. When this phase is complete, we will have delivered an optimized and virtually bug-free system to a well-trained and knowledgeable staff.
